1. Agreement
By using this website or purchasing any service from Muhammad Aftab ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order.
2. Services offered
We offer the following digital services:
Bulk photo watermarking — applying your logo or text watermark to batches of photos
Web scraping and data extraction — extracting publicly available data from websites into structured formats
AI automation and custom development — building workflows, chatbots, and custom tools using PHP, Laravel, and AI APIs
3. Orders and payment
Orders are placed by selecting a package on a service page and completing payment through Creem (creem.io). A payment confirmation email will be sent to the address you provide at checkout. Work begins after payment is confirmed.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines vary by service and batch size. Estimated turnaround times are shown on each service page. We will contact you via email to confirm details and request any necessary files after payment.
5. Revisions
Each order includes one round of revisions if the delivered work does not match the agreed specifications. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
6. Refunds
Refunds are available if work has not yet started. Once work is underway or delivered, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If the delivered work materially fails to meet the agreed specifications, we will either re-do the work or issue a partial or full refund at our discretion. To request a refund, email hello@muhammadaftab.com with your order details.
7. Your files and content
By submitting files to us (photos, documents, data), you confirm that you own or have the right to use that content and that processing it does not violate any third-party rights. We will not use your files for any purpose other than delivering your order.
8. Web scraping
Web scraping services are provided for legitimate business use only. We only scrape publicly available data and respect robots.txt and rate limits. You are responsible for ensuring your intended use of scraped data complies with the target website's terms of service and applicable law. We do not scrape content behind authentication, paywalls, or in violation of applicable law.
9. Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the output delivered to you (watermarked files, extracted data, built tools). We retain no rights over your content or the deliverables produced for you.
10. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
11. Acceptable use
You may not use our services to process illegal content, infringe third-party intellectual property, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
